Bandana`s Bar-B-Q in Arnold

Normally the food is great and fast, but Saturday night, we got seated and had a 45 minutes wait for our food. The waitress kept apologizing for the wait, but no explanation. My wife's meal was great, but my pork was greasy and lots of fat.

Bandanas is a great place to fill your belly full of wonderful food.

I only had dessert, so my review is based solely on our waiter’s amazing service! My family of 10 had a great meal. Feel terrible for not remembering his name, but he was tall with dark hair, and mentioned how he had been working for Bandanas for about 7 years. He was fantastic! Brought my nephew a bandana for his birthday, our entire order was correct and quick, he was prompt on refills and even brought us to-go drinks!

Food was as excellent as I remember from years ago from the Bandanas on Highway 30 towards Lindbergh. I went to the one in Arnold and ordered the Wet Bandanna with fries over the weekend. .. yum! I was kind of taken back that the decor wasn't what i expected though. I haven't been there to the one in Arnold before and was expecting the wood and barn look. Not a big deal, it was just different than what i remembered. Same great food and service though!

We eat here semi- often. The good was delicious, as usual. This time was a carry out. We had several different items from appetizer to full dinner plates. Workers were friendly and professional. One tiny thing. They forgot one of our plates of ribs and sides. But, they made it right and we all had more than we could eat.

The food was plentiful!! The waitress was great!! I believe the bathrooms could've been cleaner. Daughter/husband got ribs which were good and I had the beef.. All was really good but I have had better which is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Didn't catch my server's name, but he was fantastic. Drinks always full, food out in a timely manner, very friendly and he was helping out the other servers (they had large groups in their sections) too! The food was great, and the Budget menu was the perfect portion size for me. I still over ate, but I finished it! The turkey was amazing. My boyfriend got pork and beef and they were good too! Haven't been to a Bandana's in almost a decade, but I'll have to visit again soon.

The food was absolutely the BEST! Service was excellent and prices were consistent to other restaurants. I am looking forward to my next trip. Great experience!!!!

Good food... Prices are a little steep for the smaller than usual portion sizes.

Food was good but they were out of baked potatoes, beef, ribs and ice cream by 6:30 pm on a Friday night, Valentine's day to boot!

My boyfriend and I came here for the 1st time today and our waitress Pam was sooooo sweet and awesome. Food was great. Place was clean. Highly recommend. 😊

Food is always good and the staff can't be beat for their service and friendly behavior

The smoked chicken was juicy and tender. My husband's pulled pork was succulent. Service was warm, personable and fun. We enjoyed the experience and will go back.

Love their pulled pork sandwich and fries are cooked in a very good oil. You can't beat the taste.

A good, solid BBQ place. When we lived in SW Missouri, they had a place or two down there. Sadly they closed them up and we thought we said goodbye to Bandana's. When we moved here, we found out they still had restaurants here and were excited! It's pretty much the only BBQ place we go to if we've got a hankering for it! The selection of BBQ sauces is great too. If you don't like one, you'll love one of the others they have on hand!

We came in with a large group and they accommodated our every need! We were from out of town and our server (I REALLY wish I remembered her name) was FANTASTIC! My 2yo would not sit for anything and she was able to take care of all of her tables and have a great convo with me about the struggles of motherhood. All of the other servers were so very understanding of my little guys need to run. All of the patrons were nice too. Now to the food! I barely got to eat any at the time, but, food was prompt and hot. Pulled pork sandwich with the fried okra was so good. We also got some boiled peanuts, cant go wrong with those! Thank you!

I didn't have a bad time. Must have hit the wrong button. I have a good time every time I come in and the food is great.

Service was good and food was delivered quickly. The meat much dryer than it normally is. I had to add much greater amounts of sauce than usual. While I enjoyed the meal it certainly wasn't up to the standard I have come to expect.

The restaurant was clean the food was good, the wait for our food was not long at all, the waitress was friendly checking with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and she did it without hovering over us. Many times waitresses will hover over you and cause the dining experience to be totally unpleasant...this waitress was not like that not did she service and forget us.

3 ribs were very meaty and very good, one rib was not very meaty and had a lot of fat but overall they were delicious and I will go back

Always great service inside or with carryout. Plus reward program helps frequent eaters...lol

Great food and good customer service. My ribs were pretty tough this visit but that's rare.

Traditional Bandanas fare. They added a new white bbq sauce. I didn't personally try it, but the people at my table that did try it, did not like it... I'm just going to say that mayonnaise does not belong with barbecue unless it's in the potato salad. My sweet tea was a little too sweet, but not unforgivable. Our service was good and our server made sure we had everything we needed and cups were never empty.

Not impressed. The meat is dry. St Louis area has so many other good bbq places to pick from like smokee mo's, sugarfire, smoking barrels and super smokers.

Our first time here, the food and service were exceptional! Seth was our server and was absolutely phenomenal! Made sure my water stayed full, gave tips on the sauces, and hooked us up with plenty of to-go sauce for our leftovers. The ribs melted in your mouth, the chicken was juicy and so flavorful. And the pulled pork didn't even need a bun. We will be returning soon!Update! We haven't even left our seats and I want to say that Steven and Jen were awesome tonight too! I'm so full I can hardly move, but man! The service and kindness of these folks is amazing, and the food is killer. Thanks guys! Get used to our faces, this is our new favorite place!

Food is tasty. Portions are average size. They were trying new employees when I went to pickup my order and they forgot a $20 dinner. Manager apologized and mailed me a $20 gift card. I felt like it should have been more for ruining everyone else's dinner with the shortage. Maybe $25 or $30

Fantastic barbecue! The pulled pork and ribs were phenomenal. I can't believe I hadn't tried this place sooner.

Excellent service and absolutely delicious BBQ. All the meats had an awesome smoke flavor. The sauces were all good too. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend. We will be going again soon.

Food is good... Great customer service

Eaten here many times! Good BBQ chain. Love that it is smoked meat and you add your own sauce. Tonight was an online pickup order. Everything was as ordered and just as good as if we had eaten in the restaurant!

Another family favorite. Always can count on finding something for us all to eat that is yummy. The staff is always kind and the place is always clean.

Staff were amazing! We met up with friends from out of state. It was last minute, so there was no reservation made. It was incredibly busy. But within 30 minutes, they were able to seat our 12 person party. Service was phenomenal. Our cups were never empty. The ribs (and everything else) were cooked perfectly. Awesome job!

This is a great place to get your Q fix when you don't feel like doing it at home. Great taste and some pretty good selections, great and friendly staff as well. If I was to make a suggestion it would be on their beef, they should be more selective on what they serve their customers. I got some pieces that were so tough you couldn't chew them and we're just Un eatable. I would also like to know if some of their smoke flavor comes from liquid smoke? And how do they keep that wonderful smell from getting outside? as you never smell that smoke from bandannas outside Ever!

I thought you'd like to know. We just took a trip to Memhis to eat! We had the famous Rendezvous BBQ that several presidents had flown to the White House. We also got Interstate bbq owned by the Neelys. The Neely's co owner son has a show on food network and also got TOM'S BBQ which was on Diner, Drive Ins and Dives. We got their specialies from each for carry out. Now it's time to rate. We decided we like BANDANAS the best!!!! No reason to leave Arnold. Plus they weren't that friending. Vanessa always takes care of us. I guess we are spoiled!

Got enough ribs, half a chicken, and pulled pork with garlic bread coleslaw and potatoe salad for 2 people. Love the Chicago sweet bbq sauce. It was all really good.
